Slabbing Gallery.

We are not sure if we enjoy the slabbing or the woodworking side of this business more. We can say that slabbing a new log is always full of surprises (some not as good as others) as you never know what you will find. Sometimes you find more rot than you expected and your spalted maple log is virtually worthless. Other times you find metal left behind from an old makeshift fences or clothesline, and you have to sacrifice a few chains to get the job done. But most times…you uncover pure beauty in the form of wood grain.
